Overview

 In this position, you will drive business growth across existing market segments by expanding the geography throughout the APAC region, and by expanding into other market segments and product areas.

Responsibilities

-Develop a targeted market approach, working closely with the AP General Manager

-Identify total market potential in each Asia country listing all major market segments (power, asphalt, cement, etc.)

-In power gen segment, develop customer "pull through" for company products

Identify the resources required to drive growth.  This could include direct employees, distributors, sales reps, agents.

Participate in strategic planning sessions on a regular basis.

Identify new product opportunities : recommend product changes, enhancements, and introductions. 

Develop and propose market objectives, bookings, and sales volume objectives and profit forecasts for the product lines.
