Our client is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing operation consisting of two facilities and over 700,000 square feet of floor space. In this role, you will lead maintenance and engineering staff of multiple disciplines, assign daily tasks, enforce discipline within company policies, and assist with any and all maintenance tasks as needed. You will be responsible for standardization of new and current processes as well as managing the engineering information across the two plants.
