In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation, interpretation and coordination of Global Human Resources policies and programs in accordance with the organization’s strategic goals and legal requirements specifically related to areas of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development. The Global Human Resources Director is a member of the Company’s Global Executive Team (a medium sized manufacturer with a global footprint on 4 continents). The incumbent influences, partners and coordinates with global leaders including support to the Chief Executive Officer to align and execute global priorities and partners with the senior discipline leaders (e.g. other Directors and Chief Financial Officer) in the global strategic plan. Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
