Our client company is a market-leading, turnkey full line supplier for the Energy Industry and has been operating in North America for over a century. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Quality and HSE who will have quality oversight for all project sites and manufacturing sites in the United States and Canada as well as safety oversight. The position will be based in Northeastern USA.
This role will oversee quality control, quality management, auditing, best practices and continuous improvement and lead four different quality teams: Project quality & supply chain quality, remote projects site quality, quality control (within manufacturing facilities) and quality management systems. They will need to facilitate root cause and corrective action plans. This position also has two safety teams reporting in (US and Canada).
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience in a low-volume engineered products and heavy duty manufacturing (ie. aerospace or nuclear)
– Technical background, with a degree in engineering (industrial or mechanical preferred)
– Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written)
– Hands-on and driven to improve quality and safety cultures across all offices, sites and facilities
– Advanced quality certifications and safety certifications are a plus.
