Overview
Our client is a USA based global electronics component manufacturer and is seeking someone to lead a regional sales team. The current customer mix is within the Data / Telecom, and Consumer Electronics area and it is critical to have specific market and customer knowledge and experience. It is also critical that the candidate has a proven track record of increasing top line sales within these markets, and winning new business with key customers within these segments. Leadership of a sales team and performance management is essential. The position must be based close to Shenzhen.
