Detroit based, Tier One Executive Search\’s Mark Thibodeau was reappointed to the board of directors of The Pinnacle Society for a term starting January 2019 and continuing through the end of 2020.
The Pinnacle Society is an elite consortium, recognized as a beacon of excellence and professionalism within the recruiting industry and the markets it collectively serves, through continuous education, mutual support, and inspiration of its members. Thibodeau is a founding partner of, which is known as the leading headhunting firm in the global automotive and overall manufacturing industries. He has helped to grow the firm to a global firm with offices in Detroit, Canada (2002), China(2004), and Mexico (2007).
Thibodeau was invited to and accepted as a member of the Pinnacle Society in 2010 and currently serves on the board (since 2016) as chair the branding committee. Thibodeau says the mission of The Pinnacle Society is to \”provide best-in-class education and collaboration opportunities to our members, an elite group of industry-leading recruiters, in support of the Society\’s values of Excellence, Experience, and Expertise in the recruiting industry\”.
\”I am thrilled to continue on as a contributing board member as part of the leadership team that was really built up by our exiting President, Carol Wenom – Carol has done a phenomenal job as President\”, Thibodeau said. He went on to say that Rob Bowerman (Boston area), will take over as President and Boris Epstein (Los Angeles) will move into the Vice President role.
Apart from Wenom moving from President to a role as Past President, the board will remain largely unchanged in order to continue the momentum enjoyed by the organization today.
